Grace Daniell
Grace
E. Daniell received her B.S. Degree from the University of Tennessee
at Chattanooga in 1983 and her Doctorate from the University of Tennessee
in 1986. She was employed as Law Clerk to Judge Hewitt P. Tomlin,
Jr., Presiding Judge, Tennessee Court of Appeals from 1986 to 1987.
Ms. Daniell was licensed to practice law in Tennessee in 1986. She
was an associate and then member of an insurance defense firm in
Chattanooga from 1987-1995 when she began her own practice with
broader emphasis on employment law, family law, and personal injury
cases.
Legal
activities include member, President's Award from Chattanooga Bar
Association, 2001; Civility Committee, Chattanooga Bar Association,
2001; member, Board of Governors, Chattanooga Bar Association 1997-1999;
member, Lawyer Referral Services Committee; member, Chattanooga

Ms.
Daniell is a member of both the Chattanooga and Tennessee Bar Associations,
and is admitted to practice in all trial and appellate courts in
Tennessee, the U.S. District Court, and the Sixth Circuit, U.S.
